ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Natasha, a holistically minded and nervous system focused massage therapist. I'm passionate about helping people return to a state of calm and regulation. I believe that the body is able to heal itself, and it does this most effectively when in a state of 'rest and digest'. This is also known as the 'parasympathetic state'.
Massage is an important complimentary therapy uniquely able to stimulate the vagus nerve and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Many things have us in a state of fight or flight - trauma, work stress, relationships, over exposure to technology, even some of the ingredients in the foods we eat. My philosophy is, there are always going to be agitators and stressors working against us, we can't really eliminate them all. So we need to make sure that we are combating those stressors with self-care that will help balance the see-saw.
